Pilates is a great low impact class. It is designed to improve flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone, in your core muscle areas. Your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body and enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs. Please do seek medical advice before taking part in an exercise programme.
