Muscular Skeletal and Mobility Exercise

If you have muscular issues or pain exercise can be the last thing on your mind. However exercise done correctly can help to reduce any pain you maybe having. It can strengthen the muscles that maybe weak and increase mobility. If you are currently working with a physio we can help support you after. Please ensure that you have medical approval before taking part in the sessions. Exercises are designed to be safe for you but it is your responsibility to make sure you exercise in your own capacity. Please do ask if you need any support our team will be happy to help you. If you feel any uncomfortable pain please stop immediately.
