Strength and Balance

Postural stability classes are designed to help improve your strength and balance. They are designed around using a chair to complete the exercises. Exercises can be completed both seated or standing at your own level. All you need it is a chair. Resistance band and small weights are optional. Please ensure that you have medical approval before taking part in the sessions. Exercises are designed to be safe for you but it is your responsibility to make sure you exercise in your own capacity. Please do ask if you need any support our team will be happy to help you. If you feel any uncomfortable pain please stop immediately.
