Diabetes

The correct exercise helps to control blood sugar levels. It can also lower your risk of heart disease and nerve damage. If you have diabetes exercise can help to manage your diabetes by making your body more sensitive to insulin (the hormone that allows cells in your body to use blood sugar for energy). Please ensure that you have medical approval before taking part in the sessions. Exercises are designed to be safe for you but it is your responsibility to make sure you exercise in your own capacity. Please do ask if you need any support our team will be happy to help you. If you feel any uncomfortable pain please stop immediately.
